ARISE

ARISE the Anadys Research Information Sharing Environment is Anadys' own in-house data storage and retrieval tool. Most of the chemical and biological data produced at Anadys is stored into ARISE. One feature is QueryBuilder. It allows users to formulate complex queries in more than 2000 query fields. Another feature is ReportDesigner. It allows users to customize their own reports to analyze research data in their individual fashion. ARISE also provides modules for inventory management, compound and data registration, and High Throughput Screening data analysis.
